Work on your item(s) will not begin until 24 hours after leaving it with us (unless a rush job has been agreed).
If we have not heard from you within this time, it is assumed that you are in agreeance with our terms and conditions.
Cancellation
To cancel the work, and be eligible for a deposit refund, you MUST let us know within 24 hours of drop-off.
Cancellation may also be possible after this 24 hour period, but deposits already used to purchase materials may not be refundable.

Customer obligations
Customers are responsible for informing us of any weaknesses, defects, prior repairs or other features that may affect the work.
Most importantly, we must be informed if an item is hollow, as this presents a health and safety risk.
