27/11/2018 - Marquise Setting

I really liked this new way of making stone settings.  I found carving with the piercing saw, files and drills/burrs, rather relaxing.
I initially made a setting to fit one of my many 6x3mm marquise stones (for a planned Goldsmiths' entry that never happened).
However I lost it!  So went back to the original task of making an 8x4mm setting.
