"I love Heather and her beautiful jewelry. I was pregnant and my husband and I knew we wanted to name the baby Ivy. My friend was going to be the baby’s godmother. We ordered the ivy pendant as a gift for my friend, so that she would have a beautiful symbol of her connection to our baby girl.
I was so excited to have the pendant delivered. But the US postal service only delivered the packaging, saying the package was damaged in shipping and the item was lost. I was devastated.
Heather totally came through for us. She refunded me for the pendant, and made a new one for us. She even shipped it before I’d repurchased the new item. She totally didn’t have to stick her neck out like that for a total stranger in a different country, but she did. And the second pendant arrived without issue.
