So...  Right at the start of the module, we were told that a "collection" didn't necessarily mean multiple pieces, and that if appropriate, we might only want to produce a single piece.
Obviously, I completely ignored that.
In total, I produced 14 saleable pieces.

Can I have a nap now?....
