01/03/2018 -Master Pattern Build

So now I've cut out my layers and decided to ditch the top rectangle in favor of a baguette cut stone, it’s time to start soldering.
I've given each layer a slight curve on a bangle mandrel, so it better fits round a wrist.  However the top one is so small, I'll file that off flat (hopefully that will make setting the stones easier).
To make the whole bracelet fit together securely, I'll need to solder something extra on to the sides of each link bar.  If I make this bar 2.4mm, I could tube set 2mm stones in the ends (there's no way I'm ready to try anything smaller than that yet).

I used this photo and a bit of Photoshop fiddling, to produce a mock up of how the bracelet would look.
I then tried rendering it using different media (gouache, various brush pens).
