"Moving Scenes" - 20/04/2019 Forging Gold

Due to the high price of gold, I decided to try forging some of the components.
The tree and "duck weed" (I know it's not actually duck weed, but it's the weeds behind the ducks, so that's what I'm calling it) would be very wasteful to cut from sheet, so I'm making them from the square yellow gold wire.
Lots and lots of hammering.
​Not terribly happy with the duck weed, but I LOVE how the tree came out (especially without the leaves).
