Not staying in the main house, but across the grounds in the charming Ivy Cottage.
The workshops here are fabulous (not to mention the bar and food).
But this is what I'm here for.  "Hand Engraving and Carving into Metal" with Angus McFadyen, current chair of the Hand Engravers Association.
