Drawing for Communication 1

First session with Linda Matti from the art school, and we had a play with some iron wire.
We used a single length of iron wire to write out the word "design".
Then individual letters in 3D, that would stand up.

I was quite pleased with my "i" dot, which was made by wrapping thinner wire round and round a thicker wire loop.

We then made a small "zine" from a single sheet of A4 paper.
We used this to initially record the wire work.

On the other side of the paper we then jotted down some definitions of "art", "craft", "design" & "original".

Looking at other peoples comments, I particularly liked:
"Art: The product of creative activity resulting in a feeling or unusual representation of self".
